Tender Italian Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken broth, remove the fillet, and shred it into pieces.
Step 2
Dice the celery and bell pepper and sauté for 10 minutes in olive oil with the addition of cream and flour. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Step 3
Add the chicken, pasta, diced tomato, and sautéed vegetables to the broth. Taste and add more cream and olive oil if needed. Cook for another 5–10 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Serve with herbs.
