Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar until frothy. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter and gently pour it into the egg mixture. Add the sifted flour, mixing with a spatula until you have a liquid chocolate batter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Distribute the batter into molds (previously greased with butter and dusted with flour), filling them halfway.
Step 4
Bake for 7 minutes (the center should remain liquid).
