Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Cottage cheese 30 oz
- Sugar Substitute 15 pieces
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In one bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the yolks, starch, and baking powder. Blend with a mixer.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar substitute until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Carefully combine the cottage cheese mixture with the whipped egg whites (do not mix with a mixer; simply fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture using a spoon from the bottom up).
Step 4
Grease the bottom of the multicooker with butter.
Step 5
Gently spoon the resulting mixture into the multicooker and smooth it out.
Step 6
Set the baking mode for 1 hour 20 minutes. Once it's done, do not open the lid; let it sit for an hour or two to cool down.
