- Sugar 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the shredded coconut and mix thoroughly. Add the baking powder and flour, knead a not too stiff dough.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper. Form small balls from the dough and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
