Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 1 piece
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Raisins 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, cream the room temperature butter with the eggs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
Step 2
Then add the chopped dark chocolate, and mix well.
Step 3
Next, add the baking powder, vanilla, and flour, and knead the dough.
Step 4
Rinse the raisins and dry them slightly, then toss them with a small amount of flour to ensure they are evenly distributed in the dough.
Step 5
Fold the raisins into the dough and mix again.
Step 6
Spoon the prepared dough into small greased metal, paper, or silicone molds (if using silicone, you can simply spray with water), filling them about two-thirds full.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 180–390°F and bake for about 20–25 minutes until done.
Step 8
Remove the finished muffins from the oven and decorate the top with icing, sprinkles, powdered sugar, etc.
