Description
Instead of butter and cocoa powder, you can use chocolate spread — 100 grams.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 7 teaspoons
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Milk ½ glasses
- Sugar 5 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the egg, butter, and milk, and heat over a water bath while stirring. It's best to add the egg to a bowl and whisk it a bit first. You can add melted butter.
Step 2
Add sugar and salt and whisk until fully dissolved.
Step 3
Add the baking powder, cocoa powder, and flour (until you achieve a consistency similar to very thick sour cream). The recipe suggests approximately 7 tablespoons of flour, but you may need more or less — the most important thing is to reach a very thick sour cream-like consistency.
Step 4
Distribute the dough into the molds and bake in the oven at 355°F for approximately 20–25 minutes.
