Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- 20% Sour Cream 3 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
- Sugar 3 cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with 2 cups of sugar, then add the flour and baking soda. Knead the dough like for pancakes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with butter. Drop the dough by spoonfuls in small circles. Bake until done.
Step 3
For the frosting, mix the sour cream with the remaining sugar and softened butter, and whip until smooth.
Step 4
Once all the cookies are ready, dip them in the frosting and place them on a plate.
