Tender Apricot Strudel
Ingredients
- Vanilla salt 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Canned Peaches 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Pudding 10 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, 75 ml of water, salt, and olive oil. Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough.
Step 2
Mix the cream pudding, mascarpone, sour cream, regular and vanilla sugar, and eggs.
Step 3
Chop the apricots. Place the filling and roll up the strudel. Tuck in the edges, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with butter and bake for 40 minutes at 345°F.
Step 4
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
