Description

You can use other nuts instead of pecans.

Ingredients

  • Golden pearls 15 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt 1 piece
  • Brandy 0 fl oz
  • Pecan 3 tablespoons
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Condensed Milk 0 oz
  • Prunes 0 oz
  • Lemon Balm 2 stems
  • Lime ½ piece
  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • Shortcrust Cake Mix 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and chop them finely. Place the apples in a deep skillet, add the butter, sugar, vanilla seeds (vanilla sugar), and liqueur (brandy). Simmer over medium heat until the apples become soft. If they start to burn, add a little water.

Step 2

Blend the apples in a blender until pureed and let cool. Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until golden and let cool.

Step 3

Whip the cream into a fluffy mass and gently mix with the condensed milk. Place in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Finely chop the prunes and lemon balm. Squeeze the juice of the lime (or lemon) and add it along with the prunes and lemon balm to the cooled apple puree. Chop the toasted nuts and cookies, and cut the strawberries into quarters.

Step 5

Layer some cookies with nuts in cups or dessert bowls, then add the apple puree, followed by more cookies with nuts and strawberries. Top everything with whipped cream, sprinkle again with cookies and nuts, and serve garnished with strawberries and lemon balm.
