Tempura Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream 4 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 2 cups
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Freeze the ice cream in the freezer.
Step 2
While it is freezing, separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in a bowl, also put the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Step 3
Take the ice cream out of the freezer, first coat it in the egg whites, then in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Return the ice cream to the freezer.
Step 5
Once frozen, take the ice cream out of the freezer and coat it again first in the egg whites, then in the breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Place the ice cream in the freezer now at the maximum temperature for a longer time.
Step 7
Take a pot, pour in the oil, and heat it well.
Step 8
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and using a tablespoon, lower it into the pot with oil. Hold it for a moment and then remove it. Repeat with all the ice cream.
Step 9
Place the ice cream on plates, you can garnish with a mint leaf or syrup.
