Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Jam 5 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, mix the first four ingredients, then add the two eggs and beat everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.

Step 2

Prepare a baking tray, place parchment paper on it, and grease it with sunflower or butter. Evenly spread the dough on it and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F.

Step 3

Bake for just 6 minutes until the top of the cake acquires a golden crust.

Step 4

While the cake is baking, place a metal saucepan on the heat, pour in the jam, and slightly warm it up. By the way, any jam can be used, but strawberry jam is especially suitable. However, this is a matter of personal taste.

Step 5

Remove the jam from the heat and take the cake out of the oven. Remove the paper and spread warm jam on one side, roll it up, and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Step 6

Let it cool and serve.
