Description

- Lamb 25 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Potato 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the lamb, cut it into small pieces like for pilaf, and start boiling the broth, periodically skimming off the foam. When it comes to a boil for the first time, drain the water and add fresh water.
Step 2
Cut the onion and carrot into medium pieces, and cut the potato into quarters. When the broth is almost ready, add the potato and carrot to the pot, and after 5 minutes, add the onion (without frying anything beforehand).
Step 3
15 minutes before the end of cooking, add the chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, and spices.
