  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix softened butter with 100 g of powdered sugar and the egg. Gradually add the flour to the mixture and stir until crumbly. Knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Divide the dough into equal pieces and place them in greased tartlet molds. Bake at 390°F for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.

Step 3

Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, the remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla using a mixer.

Step 4

Fill the cooled tartlets with the cream and top with fresh berries. You can garnish with mint leaves.
