Ingredients
- Walnuts 2 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Kefir 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a large cucumber, grate it on a coarse grater or chop it finely.
Step 2
Add a handful of crushed walnuts, squeeze in the clove of garlic (for those who like it), and chop the bunch of herbs - dill and parsley - into the bowl.
Step 3
Pour the soup with kefir. You can add a little vegetable oil.
