Ingredients
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nectarines 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with sugar. Add the egg. Start adding flour in small portions. Knead until a homogeneous dough forms. Shape into a ball and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2
Before rolling out the dough, take it out of the refrigerator to reach room temperature. Preheat the oven to 430°F. Line the tart pan with the dough.
Step 3
Prick the dough all over with a fork. Cover with parchment paper and fill with dry beans. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Wash, dry, and slice the nectarines.
Step 5
Beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Add the ground almonds and beat again. Remove the base from the oven and let it cool. Pour the cream onto the base. Arrange the nectarines, pressing them in slightly. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 355°F.
