Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar ¼ cup
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1⅕ cups
- Milk 1 cup
- Donut Peaches 3 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the shortcrust base, mix softened butter with egg yolk and powdered sugar and rub well. Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup of flour.
Step 2
To prepare the custard, heat the milk. Whisk the eggs with sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Gradually pour in the hot milk while continuously stirring. Place on low heat and cook until thickened.
Step 3
In a greased baking dish, spread the dough and bake in the oven at 355°F for about 25–30 minutes (until slightly golden).
Step 4
Spread the hot custard over the hot crust and let it cool.
Step 5
Decorate with fruits and serve.
