Description
You can use any fruits. It's better to choose slightly tart apples. Best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Donut Peaches 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the fruits, cut them into wedges, and caramelize them in a pan with butter and 100 grams of sugar for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
For the dough, mix sugar, flour, sour cream, eggs, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the apples to the dish, pour the dough over the top, and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
