- Tapioca 0 oz

- Cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the crushed macarons and pistachios. Pour in the sherry, stir, and let it sit for a while.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the milk and tapioca. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add the sugar and almond extract. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Fold the cream into the cooled tapioca and divide it into serving dishes. Drizzle with the sherry mixture on top and chill.
