Ingredients
- Tapioca 1 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Brown Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Soy Vanilla Milk 10 fl oz
- Cardamom a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the tapioca in water for 10 minutes, then strain.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, add the tapioca and ground cardamom. Cook, stirring constantly, until the tapioca starts to become transparent. Add the coconut milk, sugar, soy milk, and a pinch of salt to the tapioca. Continue stirring until the liquid evaporates and the mixture reaches a pudding-like consistency.
Step 3
Remove from heat, divide into serving bowls, and chill before serving.
