  • Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Mandarins 10 oz
  • Fresh Berries to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the cheese base. Soak the gelatin in water for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Place the cream cheese, 250 grams of tangerine puree, and condensed milk in a metal bowl and set it over a water bath.

Step 8

Place on the stove and simmer over low heat until it reaches a jam-like consistency.

Step 9

Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 10

In a small bowl or cup, press the shortbread mixture down firmly.

Step 11

Pour the cheese base over the crust.

Step 12

Refrigerate the cheesecake for 3 hours.

Step 13

After 3 hours, remove the set cheesecake from the refrigerator and top with the tangerine jam.

Step 14

Optionally, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
