- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg 2 teaspoons
- Clove 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the milk with sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves. Gradually add honey and heat until homogeneous. Let it cool.
Step 2
Combine cinnamon, crushed nutmeg, and crushed clove. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Beat the egg and add it to the dough. Pour in the cooled mixture.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the dough. Brush the top with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 50–60 minutes.
