Description
The pie can be divided into 2 layers and filled with cream (mix sour cream with sugar). It is not recommended to make the cream too sweet.
Ingredients
- Courgette 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, melt the butter. Mix with the beaten eggs.
Step 3
Add baking powder, cinnamon, lemon juice, and sifted flour to the mixture.
Step 4
Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes at 355°F.
