- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Tortillas 2 pieces
- Ground clove 3 pieces
- Strawberry 10 pieces
- Serviceberries 10 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 10 pieces
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 2 pieces
- Cardamom a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles.
Step 3
Place the tortilla pieces in a baking dish, drizzle with cream, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in the preheated oven for 7–10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into 4 pieces.
Step 5
Grind the cloves, cardamom, and black pepper into a powder using a mortar and pestle.
Step 6
Heat the butter in a pan, add the cinnamon, star anise, add the ground spices, place the strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour in the cognac, and gently heat over low heat to allow the berries to absorb the spices. Avoid stirring; it's better to shake the pan gently to keep the berries intact.
Step 7
Top the baked tortilla pieces with the berries.
