Sweet Sausage
Ingredients
- Shortbread Cookies 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 spoons
- Condensed Milk 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the cookies into small pieces (0.5 x 0.5 cm).
Step 2
Add softened but NOT melted butter. Mix well.
Step 3
Add cocoa powder, then pour in the condensed milk. Mix well.
Step 4
Roll the mixture into sausage shapes. You should get about 5 to 6 pieces on average.
Step 5
Wrap each sausage in plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Step 6
Slice the cooked sausage into pieces.
