Sweet Rolls with Grapes and Pear
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Rice ½ cup
- 33% Cream 2 tablespoons
- Pear 1 piece
- Condensed Milk 3 tablespoons
- Desiccated coconut 0 lbs
- Grapefruits 16 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, add the rice, pour in 1.5 cups of water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly!
Step 2
Once the rice has absorbed the water, turn off the heat and tightly cover the saucepan with a lid. After 15 minutes, add the condensed milk, mix, and set aside to cool.
Step 3
Wash the grapes, cut each berry in half, remove the seeds and stems, and slice them into thin strips.
Step 4
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap on a cutting board. Sprinkle it with shredded coconut. Place a strip of rice about 15 cm wide, and in the center, add a strip of grapes and pear.
Step 5
Join the ends of the rice rectangles to form one long roll. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream, milk, and sugar. Stir everything until all the ingredients are combined. Remove from heat.
Step 7
Remove the plastic wrap and cut the rolls into portions with a sharp knife. Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
