Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the dough from flour, 200 g of butter, mashed potatoes, and salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2

For the filling, chop the apples, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and sauté in butter for 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into squares, place the filling, shape into pies, brush with clarified butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 445°F.
