Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Dates 6 pieces
  • Oats 0 oz
  • Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Steam the sweet potato with water until soft, about 20 minutes. Blend the sweet potato with the dates. Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 45–50 minutes at 355°F.

Step 3

While the brownies are baking, mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl until smooth. For the glaze, you will need: coconut oil, peanut or almond butter, syrup, cocoa powder.

Step 4

You will need one tablespoon of each ingredient.

Step 5

Cool the finished brownies, spread the glaze over the entire surface, and cut into small pieces.
