Ingredients
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sour cream, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Step 2
Add eggs, flour, and mix well.
Step 3
Then add crushed walnuts and cranberries.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the batter into it.
Step 5
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40-45 minutes.
