- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Nectarines 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with granulated sugar, add the flour, and mix.
Step 2
Pour in the milk and mix until the consistency is like thick sour cream; add the baking powder and vanilla sugar, and mix.
Step 3
Wash the nectarines, dry them with a paper towel, remove the pit, and cut the halves into pieces.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish and arrange the nectarine pieces on top.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 30 minutes (+/- 10 minutes).
Step 6
Let it cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, and serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
