- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon to taste

- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Mint to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the prunes and cut them into strips.
Step 2
Peel the apples and remove the cores, then cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Combine the prunes and apples, cover with cold water, and cook until tender, adding salt and sugar.
Step 4
Make a dough from the flour, egg, and butter, roll it out thinly, and cut into dumplings. Add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add cinnamon and lemon juice to the soup.
