- Pumpkin 25 oz
- Nuts to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, sprinkle with sugar, nuts, raisins, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Cut the lavash into several pieces across, place the pumpkin, and roll it up.
Step 3
Beat the egg, brush the lavash, place it on a baking sheet, and bake for 15–25 minutes at 375°F.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
