Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Carrot 0 lbs
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Brown Sugar 1 glass
- Butter 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Salt 0,1 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda 0,1 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a deep round baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 35 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the carrot puree to a bowl and add the flour, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
Step 4
Bake until cooked through, about 1 hour.
