Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Safflower Oil 6 teaspoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Ghee 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg into the warm milk, add sugar and salt, and whisk thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the oil and yeast. Mix well. Finally, gradually add the flour. Knead until you have a soft dough.
Step 3
Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a small tangerine. Roll each piece into a rectangle, brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and roll it up.
Step 4
Join the ends together, make a partial cut, and then turn it inside out. You will get a bun.
Step 5
Place the pastries on a baking sheet and set them in a warm place to allow them to rise. Bake at 390°F for 20–25 minutes.
