Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Beer 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Borodinsky Bread 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and mix with the beer.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil and pour the egg-beer mixture into it.
Step 3
Cut the bread into cubes and toast in a dry skillet. Add the croutons to the soup. Season with salt, pepper, and add chopped herbs to taste.
