Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar ½ g
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar ½ cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter over steam, add sugar. Remove from heat, add the egg, and whisk. Add baking powder, flour, and cocoa powder.
Step 2
Place the dough in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel the avocados and mash them into a puree, adding powdered sugar. Grate the apple on a fine grater, but set aside a few slices for decoration. Mix the puree and powdered sugar and also refrigerate.
Step 3
Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper and bake at 375°F in the center of the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Remove from the oven. While the pie is hot, spread cream cheese on top, then evenly layer the filling. Decorate with apple slices and powdered sugar, and serve once cooled.
