Description
If the bean mixture becomes too thick during cooking, add a little broth after cooking the beans. The paste should have a brown hue.

- Edamame Beans 5 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the beans. Soak them in cold water for 4 hours. Then place the beans in a pot, add 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat. After boiling, simmer for another 1.5 to 2 hours until cooked.
Step 2
Drain the water. Mash the beans into a puree, add sugar, mix, and cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Cool the paste and it is ready to use. Enjoy your meal!
