- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites with a small amount of sugar, gradually adding more sugar. Chop the almonds or any other nuts and add them to the whipped egg whites.
Step 2
Carefully scoop the nut foam with a spoon and place it on a baking sheet previously greased with fat.
Step 3
Bake the 'Swallow's Nests' on very low heat. Serve cooled.
