Description

Super Moist Chocolate Cake (Egg-Free)

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
  • Cocoa Powder 4 spoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil ¼ glasses
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Instant coffee ½ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder. In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil with sugar, then add instant coffee, lemon juice, and water. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is fully dissolved. Next, pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix using a mixer or a whisk, which is familiar to many.

Step 2

Instead of cocoa powder, you can use dark chocolate. To do this, melt a bar of chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the prepared batter.

Step 3

Then, preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking tray or dish with butter and lightly dust it with flour or semolina. Pour in the prepared batter and place the dish in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 4

Once the pie is fully cooled, you can layer it with any cream of your choice, and then dust it with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or grated chocolate.
