Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Dried Yellow Plums 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the mushroom broth and strain it.
Step 2
Finely chop the boiled mushrooms and add them to the broth.
Step 3
Add finely chopped sautéed onion, roasted flour diluted with broth, washed dried yellow plums (or prunes), raisins, and bring the soup to a boil.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
