Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 1.6 cups
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Dark rum 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- 33% Cream 0.3 cups
- Watermelon 5 lbs
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine mascarpone, ricotta, milk, sugar, rum, zest, vanilla, and salt until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the cream and blend again for 5 seconds.
Step 2
Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker or in a container, stirring every half hour, for about 3 hours.
Step 3
Cut the watermelon into segments and place in serving bowls, top with scoops of ice cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
