- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Skim Milk ¼ cup
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Bourbon 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Ice Cream 3 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch and sugar. Gradually add the milk while stirring, and place over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring, and cook for about 1 minute until thickened.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the bourbon, butter, and pecans.
Step 3
