Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
- Chili jam ½ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Ice Cream 2 cups
- Fresh Mint to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine half of the chopped strawberries, pineapple chunks, strawberry jam, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring, over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes until the berries are soft. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining chopped strawberries. Cool.
Step 2
Scoop the ice cream into dessert bowls, top with the sauce, and garnish with mint leaves.
