Sundae with Baked Peaches
Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla Ice Cream 3 cups
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Transfer to a bowl and mix with lemon juice and sugar. Place the peaches cut side up on the baking sheet and bake for 20–30 minutes until soft (if the juice from the peaches starts to burn, add a little water and cover the baking sheet with foil).
Step 3
Arrange the peach halves on plates or in dessert bowls, top each with a scoop of ice cream, and sprinkle with crushed cookies. Serve immediately.
