- Courgette 15 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 cups
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
Step 2
To prepare the dough, grate the peeled and seeded zucchini on a coarse grater, combine with flour, yeast, oil, and a small amount of water. Add salt and pepper. Knead thoroughly and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, covered with a towel.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, punch down the risen dough, add flour if needed, and divide into 12 pieces. Place the buns on a baking sheet close together, brush with egg yolk, and place in an oven preheated to 200° C.
