Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and set aside.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and combine with the melted butter.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 345°F.
Step 5
Whip the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Wash and dry the raspberries.
Step 6
Place the raspberries on the baked crust and pour over the sour cream. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
