- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Herbs 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take 400 grams of boiled chanterelles and rinse them before use.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, adding sour cream, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture onto the rolled-out pastry.
Step 6
Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
