Summer kutabs with greens
Ingredients
- Parsley 0 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Walnuts 3 tablespoons
- Suluguni Cheese 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix flour, water, and salt. Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the walnuts. Finely chop the greens and walnuts. Grate or finely chop the cheese and add it to the greens and walnuts. Add the egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll them into separate balls. On a floured surface, roll out the dough as thinly as possible. Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center. Gather the dough into a pouch and slightly flatten it. Fry in a dry skillet and serve with sour cream.
