
Summer Kefir Soup

Description
It tastes great with toasted black or gray bread.
Ingredients
- Kefir 20 fl oz
- Sparkling water 15 fl oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
- Turnips 6 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir and water in a deep bowl or directly in a soup pot. The water can be just boiled.
Step 2
Add cucumbers and radishes cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Crush the walnuts coarsely and add them, then finely chop and add the garlic.
Step 4
Add spices to taste. Salt works best.
Step 5
Drizzle a bit of refined oil for an interesting aroma.
Step 6
Finely tear the herbs by hand and throw them into the soup.
