Summer Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the meat broth to a boil and add the green peas. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the cucumbers and add them to the soup. Season with salt and pepper, and pour in the soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Crack 2 eggs into the soup to let the whites set. Remove the soup from heat.
Step 4
Boil two eggs hard, slice them, and add to the soup.
Step 5
Garnish the soup with chopped herbs.
