This soup is beneficial for digestion and is also an ideal remedy for hangovers.
Ingredients
- Kefir 70 fl oz
- Dill 2 bunches
- Cilantro 2 bunches
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Ayran 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the greens, pour in the kefir and tan (ayran). Instead of tan, you can use two glasses of sparkling mineral water.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate.
Step 3
Serve with a few ice cubes at the bottom of the bowl.
